LimbJoint offers free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.
Shipping & Tracking
We ship orders using trusted carriers. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information as confirmation that your order is on its way.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
All orders within the United States are processed and shipped with an estimated delivery time of 5–8 calendar days from the date of shipment.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Customs delays, inspections, duties, or taxes imposed by local authorities are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the recipient. These do not qualify for refunds, returns, or chargebacks.

Missing, Damaged, or Not Received
Claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 14 days of delivery and require supporting documentation, including photos and order details. Packaging damage alone does not qualify for a replacement or refund if the item inside is intact.
If tracking shows your order as "Delivered," responsibility transfers to the recipient. You will need to file a claim with the carrier and provide proof of loss. Claims submitted more than 7 days after the delivery date are not eligible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping has begun, changes or cancellations are no longer possible. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking confirmation serves as proof of shipment.
